About Reserve Mountain Builders

Reserve Mountain Builders has been building homes and helping property owners along Colorado’s Highway 285 corridor since 1983. What began with Don Ostrowski has grown into a true three-generation family business with deep roots in the mountain communities we serve.

Current owner Jeremy Ostrowski actually got his start in the business working for his uncle Don years ago, learning the trade firsthand and gaining the kind of experience that only comes from building in Colorado’s foothills. Today, Jeremy operates Reserve Mountain Builders alongside his wife, Stefanie, and their son, Andrew, from their home base in Conifer.

Over the decades, our team has worked throughout the 285 corridor, from Morrison and Conifer to Bailey and Fairplay, with a particularly long history of building in the Bailey area. We understand that mountain construction comes with challenges you simply don’t encounter in typical Front Range neighborhoods—from steep and difficult building sites to snow loads, access issues, weather exposure and the realities of working at elevation.

New home construction has always been at the heart of what we do, but our experience extends well beyond building homes from the ground up. Reserve Mountain Builders also builds garages, decks and other structures and takes on select remodeling and carpentry projects.

With three generations of building experience and more than 100 years of combined experience on our team, we bring a tremendous amount of practical knowledge to every project. Just as importantly, we’re still a local, family-run company.
